Services.

We provide cohesive, full service interior design, building design (residential) and project management services across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects.

All services can also be provided as stand-alone offerings.

Interior Design.

We collaborate with owners, architects, and builders to rejuvenate existing or create new, enriched interior spaces.

  • Space planning – We assess existing layouts and general functionality of spaces to provide solutions that enhance connectivity and flow throughout. This can range from reconfiguration of furniture layouts to full structural alterations.

  • Finish selections – Source and specify finishes (floor, walls, ceilings etc.) to provide a cohesive design palette. This includes the exploration of colour, texture and materiality across all spaces.

  • Furniture & fitting selections – Source and specify furniture, lighting, fittings and artwork. This can include full specification, quoting, procurement and installation.

  • Joinery design – Custom cabinetry design. This may include but not be limited to kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, laundries, libraries and living spaces. This includes full design, finish selection and fitting nomination.

  • Window treatments – Design and specification of curtains and blinds including fabric selections suited to environmental factors.

Residential Building Design.

Creating and rejuvenating buildings of distinction, through collaboration with owners and builders.

  • Project briefing and pre design services including feasibility advice.

  • Design – concept, development, detailed, plans, schedules and 3D visualisation.

  • Planning – collaboration with professional disciplines to compile council submissions and achieve development approval.

Project Management.

Delivering new-build or renovation projects with expert project management, in collaboration with owners, architects and builders.

  • Project establishment and advisory.

  • Approvals and certification management (e.g. Exempt Development determination, Complying Development, Development Approval).

  • Project scope, budget, program and risk management – independent or fully integrated with interior design services to provide near “real-time” cost and timeframe information.

  • Estimating and integrated Quantity Surveying management.

  • Procurement of fittings, furniture, equipment, trades and services.

  • Complete project oversight and control (superintendent) including contract management.

Pre-Sale Advisory and Design.

Assisting homeowners and developers realise the full potential of their real estate investment through pre-sales design advice, planning, maintenance, renovations, and styling. We help you prepare your property for the most successful sales campaign.

  • Renovation - advise and manage pre-campaign renovations to optimise sales potential and value.

  • Maintenance - advise and management of internal and external remediation works such as building cleaning and misc. repairs.

  • Design and styling - full or partial home styling design. Coordination of home staging team if required.

  • Landscape - we advise & manage landscaping improvements and garden maintenance to enhance overall appeal.
